I don’t know about you, but for me I’m addicted to 3d art, and the ease at which DAZ allows us to make it. I’m sure you’ve heard of DAZ 3d March Madness.
If you haven’t let me tell you about it: March Madness means you can get those DAZ props, models, software and plugins for 30% or 50% off.
You can take 30% off of any madness product, or 50% off if you buy 2 or more products. New selections are added daily throughout March.
DAZ knows our addiction, and wants to help us by having DAZ 3d March Madness sales, which can be really crazy.
Because we are going to buy that stuff anyway, because we can’t help it. So they turn our addiction into a sort of sale game, and make available to us that cool 3d stuff for half the price.
Personally, I am thankful for the DAZ 3d March Madness. I have a good reason. I need a lot of 3d assets. I do a lot of CG work for movies. I need lots of dynamic things like clothes, hair, figures, HDR domes, animation plugins that use motion capture files, lots of photo-realistic backgrounds, and models, the list goes on and on.
All of that does not include the photo-realistic 3d illustration work I do for stock-photo sites.
March Madness gives an artist, or animator, filmmaker, a chance to expand on their art for half the price. How could you not love that?
My suggestion: find out what you want, and when you need it, if you don’t need it right away, then wait for a big sale like DAZ 3d March Madness.
It will enable you to the make your 3d dreams come true faster and more of it.
Another great thing about the sales is it gives you the opportunity to try products out that you might not normally use. The price reduction allows this. You might be an illustrator, who wants to try out animation. Well, now you can get AniMate for cheap. Or it might be the other way around, and now some shaders will be cheap to try more complex rendering.
Sales are great for content places like DAZ, great for the pocket book, and assisting us to be even more creative, opening the door to endless possibilities.
If you are a 3d enthusiast, and you haven’t heard of March Madness, take a look at it now. You won’t be sorry. I know I’m not.
Now I can produce CG style HDR, a perfect animations for the cool zombie move I’m working on right now. This drastically the realism of my compositing.
